1. Acceptance
By using Lumie, you agree to these Terms.
2. Minimum Age
Lumie is intended only for users aged 16 and older because the app includes intimacy logging and other sensitive health tracking. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Subscription Terms
If you purchase Lumie Plus, payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Lumie is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Cycle, ovulation and fertility estimates are informational only.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter and for reviewing any reminder or prediction before acting on it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lumie is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.
